Jeffrey Antisdel - Demonstrating an early interest in technology related businesses, Mr. Antisdel was a founding General Partner and leading research analyst of D.R. Partners, Limited Partnership, a biotechnology hedge fund focused upon the development of Interleukin II. Through Mr. Antisdel's stewardship, D.R. Partners later achieved 20 X returns for its investor-partners. Following management of D.R. Partners, Mr. Antisdel served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nevada Energy Company, a NASDAQ listed independent utility company serving the electric power industry. Mr. Antisdel later joined forces with the retail management team of Bookout Furniture, Inc., engineering the leveraged buy out of the company and thereafter co-founding its successor company, now known as FurnitureFIND Corporation. Following the sale of majority interests in that firm, Mr. Antisdel co-founded North Main Ventures, a regional venture capital firm specializing in the development, financing, management and operation of Internet related technology companies. Mr. Antisdel attended Grand Valley State College, Allendale Michigan.

Alan Rosenhagen - As one of the original founders of FurnitureFIND Corporation, Mr. Rosenhagen took a leading role on brick and mortar store operations and management, as well as online vendor selection, merchandising and shipping logistics for online furniture retailing pioneer. As FurnitureFIND grew, Mr. Rosenhagen actively participated in the collaborative development of new sales channels, sales fulfillment and customer service systems. His deep operational experience includes over twenty-five years of prior retailing and business management in the challenging world of retail home furnishings. Mr. Rosenhagen has further received accreditation from Whirlpool Corporation's School of Management and also served as a director for FurnitureFIND Corporation, HomeOriginals.com and Bookout Furniture, Inc. Mr. Rosenhagen is a co-founder of North Main Ventures, L.L.C., a Midwestern based venture capital firm.

Stephen Antisdel - Mr. Antisdel is a co-founder of North Main Ventures, LLC. He was a co-founder of FurnitureFIND Corporation, and president of its retail predecessor Bookout Furniture, Inc. His twenty years of prior retail management experience plus ten years of e-commerce innovations have been covered by Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, Business 2.0, Furniture World, Furniture/Today, InFurniture, and National Public Radio. A noted business speaker, Mr. Antisdel has shared his e-commerce perspectives with Hewlett-Packard (Palo Alto), the International Conference of Better Business Bureaus (Nashville), the Consumer Electronics Manufacturers Association (Dallas), the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (Ann Arbor), the International Quality and Productivity Conference (London and Atlanta), and many others. Mr. Antisdel has an MBA from Leicester University, (England; www.le.ac.uk), and has completed the Center for Strategic Planning program in conjunction with Michigan State University.
