| History The principals of North Main Ventures were founders of FurnitureFIND Corporation ("FurnitureFIND"), a recognized global leader in home furnishings retailing through its FurnitureFind.com website and related retail operations. Launched in 1996, FurnitureFind.com was an ecommerce pioneer in the areas of search engine optimization, live sales help, national fulfillment and service systems, and consumer financing programs. From 1996 to 2003, NMV principals led the company to a position of dominance in its industry. In 2003, FurnitureFIND was picked for a spot on the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest growing privately held companies, having achieved a five-year annualized growth rate of over 1,000%. The company's founders later sold their majority interests and launched North Main Ventures as their principal investment vehicle.  |
